21DAYS Challenge part 1 is for those doing my 21days challenge for the very first time.

 

As part of the 21days challenge part 1 you will get:

 

  • A Nutritional Meal Plan that focuses on speeding up your metabolism and burn fat.
  • Nutritional options for Vegetarians and vegans available
  • A 3 days a week strength training Program  
  • A 3 days a week Cardio Plan to help burn calories fast 
  • Workouts can be either gym or home based.
  • Weekly weight check-ins with me to keep you on track!
  • Weekly photo comparison of your progress. 
  • Access to a group chat with the group for support
  • Program sent by email so it can be done anywhere in the world.
  • Equipment you will need: A pair of dumbbells or resistance bands.
